1. Pick your event keyword
Choose a short keyword tied to your cause — a dog rescue might pick DOGS. Supporters mention it at the bar so the barista can record the sale under your fundraiser. Your payout is calculated only from sales associated with your keyword, not all traffic during the window.
2. Event date & time
We host fundraisers on Monday through Thursday evenings, 4–7 PM. Submit a first and alternate date with your inquiry. The date is held on our calendar only after we receive and approve your flyer.
3. Define your purpose
Be clear about why you're raising money — a specific cause, a local charity, a team trip. A clear purpose helps your supporters show up and gives our team something to share.
4. Promotion is on you
You're responsible for bringing supporters to Froth — social media, flyers, community boards, word of mouth, partnerships with nearby groups. We'll share your event on our Instagram story the day of, and you agree to share it on your own accounts before and after, tagging Froth.
5. Add entertainment or activities (optional)
Live music, trivia, raffles, a guest speaker — anything that gives people a reason to stay. Run any in-store activity by us in advance so we can plan staffing.
6. Set a fundraising goal
Pick a realistic target tied to your purpose. A clear number rallies your organizers, volunteers, and supporters around a shared goal.
7. Payout: 25% of net in-store sales
Froth donates 25% of net sales generated from traffic you bring in using your keyword. Excludes sales tax and any sales placed through delivery apps or third-party online ordering platforms. In-store and Froth-app pickup orders tied to your keyword count.
8. Payment via Venmo within 10 days
Provide the Venmo handle and phone number you want the payout sent to. Double-check the details — Venmo does not allow corrections, and Froth will not reissue funds sent to the wrong account based on the information you provided.
9. Flyer approval & logo
All promotional materials must include the Froth logo and be approved by us at least one week before the event. Submit artwork through the inquiry form below and wait for approval before printing or posting. Do not proceed without approval.
10. Fine print
Fundraising benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, offers, or discounts. 501(c)(3) status is not required, but if your group has one, please share the EIN with your inquiry.
