Visiting Froth
Hours, parking, and how to find us across from UNT.
Where is Froth Coffee & Dessert Bar located?
We're at 1611 Eagle Drive, Suite 113, Denton, TX 76201 — in the front retail of the EPOCH on Eagle building, right across from the UNT campus.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Holiday hours can vary — see the live status and weekly schedule on our Visit page.
Is there parking?
Yes — free parking is available right behind the building, accessible off Eagle Drive. It's a short walk from the back lot to our front entrance.
How do I get there from UNT?
We're directly across Eagle Drive from the UNT campus — about a 5–10 minute walk from most central campus buildings. The closest crosswalks are at Eagle Drive and Avenue C.
What's the best way to contact Froth?

Drinks & menu
What we serve, milk options, decaf, and dietary picks.
What kind of coffee do you serve?
We pull espresso for lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, americanos, and macchiatos, plus drip coffee, cold brew, and a rotating list of signature lattes — both hot and iced. See the full lineup on our Menu page.
Do you have non-dairy milk options?
Yes — oat, almond, and coconut milk are available for any drink (we don't carry soy). Just ask your barista at the bar or pick your milk in the Froth app at checkout.
Do you offer decaf?
Yes — decaf espresso is available for any espresso drink, hot or iced, at no extra cost. We also have decaf drip on request.
Do you have sugar-free or low-sugar drinks?
Yes — we have many sugar-free options to choose from. The full list is available in store or through the Froth ordering app. Cold brew and americanos are naturally sugar-free.
Are your desserts made in-house?
No — we partner with a local bakery that makes everything fresh and from scratch in small batches. The case rotates daily, so what's in today may not be in tomorrow.

Can I order ahead for pickup?
Yes — order through the Froth ordering app for in-store prices and skip-the-line pickup. Find it in the App Store or Google Play (orange icon with white lettering). No delivery-platform markups.
Order in appDo you deliver?
We don't run our own delivery, but we're listed on the major delivery apps in Denton. Heads-up: prices and fees on third-party apps are higher than ordering directly through the Froth app for pickup.
Do you have Wi-Fi and seating to study or work?
Yes — free Wi-Fi, lounge seating, a mezzanine, and a communal table. We're a popular spot for UNT students, remote workers, and study groups, especially in the late mornings and afternoons.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — physical gift cards are sold in the store, and digital gift cards are available online. Both work for any in-store purchase.

Service animals are always welcome inside. Well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome at our patio seating out front.
Do you host private events or large groups?
